The Sanctuary of Dionysius from XVIII-XVII c. B.C. is one of the most famous prophecy places of the Ancient Times together with the prophecy place of Apollonius in Delphi. The sanctuary is situated in Perperikon in the lands of the Besi tribe - the tribe of Orpheus. They have been prophesying by the flame rising as a blazing divine drink. That is why the sanctuary chamber has had no roof. The historian Herodotus writes that the oracle in the Besi sanctuary has prophesied that the leaders Alexander the Great and Gay Julius Caesar will conquer the world.
