The town of Beloslav has a population of 8 000 inhabitants and lies at a distance of 19 km west of Varna. Beloslav is a centre of a municipality with 3 component settlements. The town is located by the sea canal connecting Devnya to Varna. The first evidence for the town is in the Ottoman documents from XVI c. Near the town is located the Yatata reserve.
